My coaching qualifications have been gained in recent years but I have actually been ‘training’ for this role for most of my adult life. I enjoy first hand experience of balancing challenging corporate responsibility with raising a family, getting involved with the community, resourcing a happy marriage and finding personal space too.

My business career has involved global brand management and marketing roles with multinationals such as Procter and Gamble, Shell and Cadbury. Voluntary roles have included aid work with African children, bereavement counselling and personal development for young offenders and adult prisoners.

I understand the importance of leadership, commitment, self-awareness and personal motivation and am passionate about seeing people come alive and discover their full potential, in all areas of life, through co-active personal coaching.

And finally if you hadn’t guessed it I’m always up for a challenge, an adventure or simply fun with friends - be it up a mountain in Nepal, playing football with local children in Rwanda, scuba diving, free fall parachute jumping, marathon running or a snowball fight with the kids!
